Bike available to rent for $22/day, 10-minute bike ride to Spirit Rock or 25-minute walk, mostly level (house is on moderate hill (115 ft). If you like hiking, jogging, bicycling, kayaking, or bird watching -West Marin is a dream place with lots of open space dedicated to nature lovers right outside the front gate.
Enjoy the privacy of a one bedroom. The bed has a memory foam mattress and bedding. The washer and dryer is in house. There is a bathroom to share with one person and a steam sauna is open for all to share. There is a creek running through the property, an orchard and lots of parking on the street.
We love dogs and board small to medium dogs from time to time.
If you are interested, we are 5 minutes away from Spirit Rock if you were to drive.
We are a multigenerational household with working professionals. We are self-aware and enjoy on going personal work to find our internal North Star.

The house resides in a woodland setting with lots of outdoor space, hot tub, and accommodations for a small group. Two couples could stay comfortably. It features new furniture and has a cozy Tahoe feeling. Large bedroom on the top floor with king bed and a double futon couch/bed. Two living rooms downstairs, one with another futon/couch bed. Fully-equipped kitchen and one bathroom with claw foot tub/shower combo. Additional small room with a bunk bed for kids. Central heating, although very cool in the hot months. In the heart of downtown Fairfax, the cabin is across the street from a small Redwood park, replete with a basketball court, tennis, skateboard park and playground. Epic trails abound within walking distance: Within blocks of Fairfax’s restaurants, coffee, eclectic shops, Good Earth health food store and a beautiful yoga studio, the cabin is easy to access with great parking. The cabin is 12x8 square feet in an idyllic garden setting. It has a private entrance, outdoor shower and running water. The shared bathroom is available in the main house just steps away. Fairfax- Our place is a 5 minute walk to downtown Fairfax, very close to numerous hiking & biking trails, restaurants & shops - & The Good Earth! You’ll love the coziness, the views, the location, and the quiet neighborhood. The living room faces East and we enjoy lovely sun rises. This cheerful and comfortable space has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom with queen size bed and a living room with beautiful views. The living room sofa is an American Leather brand sleeper sofa (which is the most comfortable sleeper sofa available). It's super comfortable and is a full size. There is great wifi, cable tv, and use of washer/dryer. There is parking, and access to a lovely outdoor garden area with a ping pong table down below. Note that this is a downstairs unit, down one flight of stairs and we live in the upstairs unit.
